Manager-FFM Operations
- Delivery of fulfillment business on; GMV, volume, sales, RPI, CPI, and inventory aging
- New seller on boarding together with Business Development team
- Generate insights of the fulfillment operations based on data analysis. KPIs include, inbound performance, Lead time, stock rotation analysis, damages and losses, seller returns
- Inbound planning and scheduling with sellers and warehouse operation
- Provide sellers with solutions to their demands: Ensure smooth implementation of solutions when they exist, design solutions when they do not exist. Such demands include but are not limited to: stock take, specific packages for specific products, bundles, special promotions…
- Help sellers to optimize their use of fulfillment service based on inventory and sales analysis
- Review and approve on seller billing and claims
- Generate solutions to optimize fulfillment service based on process improvement or automation
- Liaison with sellers, warehouse operation team, and customer care team on operations improvement and seller experience and participate to the roll out
- Benchmark competition and other industries to identify new value-added services that could up lift our seller’s experience with fulfillment service
- Generate ad hoc or recurrent reports using MySQL/Excel/PowerPoint. Work with the local automation team to automate reports when applicable
