Role
Crown Castle is seeking an enterprise fiber sales manager with extensive industry, sales and management experience and knowledge. The Manager of Fiber Enterprise Sales will be responsible for setting and implementing sales objectives and initiatives, and facilitating the development of the sales team in building relationships with existing Enterprise accounts; specifically, the ability to leverage existing relationships into new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Directs and oversees a Regional Sales team Responsible for setting and implementing sales objectives and initiatives Sets short and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs Facilitates the development of the sales team in building relationships with existing Enterprise accounts; specifically, the ability to leverage existing relationships into new opportunities Trains sales team in solutions selling methodology Develop team to close opportunities and drive revenue Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential Defines territory and acts as an escalation point for sales team and customers Provides accurate sales forecasts Leads team through the on-going goals and performance management processEducation/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience/Minimum Requirements
Recent Sales Management Experience Minimum 7+ years’ experience in telecommunications sales environment Ability to recruit and develop a professional sales force in a minimum period of time Successful sales track record in vertical markets and/or strategic accounts Must have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business in accounts Microsoft Office experience CRM ToolsExpectations

Reports to: Fiber Sales Managing Director

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The salary range offered for this position is $104,800- $144,100 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
