Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Manager Finance 3 for our Plymouth, MN facility. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the operating unit's finance team and manage the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

The selected candidate will provide direct supervision to the finance team and coordinate all activities that relate to financial planning and reporting.  The selected candidate will coordinate and work closely with the Operating Unit finance manager and analysts, and other functions across the organization, to complete the following activities:

5 Year Long Range Strategic PlanMonthly Forecast ProjectionsMonthly actual closings and reportingMonthly Operations Reporting Process and support the Reviews for the Operating Unit and Business UnitQuarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) coordinationCash forecastingCoordinate responses to Ad Hoc requests from Business Unit, Division, Sector or Corporate.

The selected candidate will be the primary point of contact (POC) for any financial data that needs to be reported up the Northrop Grumman hierarchy.  Position will require a good working relationship with the Business Unit finance staff to ensure our financial data is accurately and properly communicated.

Salary Range: $147,500.00 - $221,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
