You will lead a team responsible for managing our Azure + Databricks infrastructure, which feeds numerous business insight applications in Power BI and is expanding to next-generation front-end solutions such as React+JS Azure websites. **In this role, you will:** **FP&A Semantic Architecture (50%):** + Own the business deliverance of value through the FP&A Semantic Architecture. + Partner with internal IT resources for technical development changes. + Ensure the architecture supports accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. **Business Insight Solutions (30%):** + Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business insights. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. + Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports. **Learning and Development (10%):** + Lead initiatives to upskill the Finance team in data analytics and technology. + Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team’s capabilities. **AI R&D (10%):** + Conduct research on upcoming trends in AI and machine learning. + Explore innovative solutions to enhance financial data analysis and reporting. **What we look for:** + 5 years of relevant experience + Proficiency in Azure services, including Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Azure Functions. + Proficiency in Databricks, including recent Unity Catalog & Genie AI/BI Dashboards + Experience with data integration using APIs. + Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools. + Familiarity with React JS and front-end development is a plus. **Workplace type:** Remote - US Remote - Mexico **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
