WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

University degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Management, Information Management, IT or equivalent, MBA studies as a strong asset.At least 5 years’ experience in Data & Analytics, Data Quality and/or Finance Systems gained in an international work environment.Knowledge in Data Governance is a plus.Able to guide data strategy, data analysis and data discussion of issues.Strong data and data-driven knowledge, able to interpret internal client business/technical requirements, and support in translating these into clearly articulated agendas and strategies to accelerate how Data supports Finance.Proven project management skills, with problem solving competencies.Experience working in a matrixed organization across programs/projects.Effective and pervasive communicator and leader.Ability to establish, manage and grow senior stakeholders’ relationships.Business partnering skills, ability to deal with senior stakeholders and advise them on a regular basis.Ability to identify new business opportunities and value propositions within the Finance to drive growthFluent English speaker.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

 

You will be supporting our Finance Data Governance & Management Capability deployment and activation, to achieve the cruise-mode by:

Provide leadership and support across the Finance team, sharing and championing practices in Data Modelling and Master Data Management across Finance.Support the overall program management and steering (e.g., planning, execution, risks and issues monitoring and reporting). Manage projects interdependencies and ensure continuous alignment between projects.Support Data Owners and Data Stewards identification, onboarding, and adoption of the established framework.Oversee the design of Data Governance artefacts and Data Management processes design / update to ensure successful service transition / activation of the Data Roles.Oversee change management activities (e.g., role-based training and success metrics definition and monitoring, recurrent communication definition and execution).Promote, co-lead and prepare, where required, the relevant Data Governance Bodies, ensuring the continuous involvement of all relevant stakeholders.Lead the definition of the critical Data Governance processes, including identification, refinement, and roadmap implementation of Data Capability metrics, ensuring that benefits are tracked throughout time according with defined targets.Collaborate with Master Data Management team in the establishment and continuous monitoring of Service Management Agreement and Data Quality framework. Collaborate in service health-checks and co-pilot continuous improvement over our Data Artefacts.Ensure establishment and continuous monitoring of DQ issue resolution roadmaps.Guarantee continuous connection with Data Governance stakeholders in PMI (e.g., Enterprise Data Governance, Functional Data Governance, Data Custodians, etc.).Continuously learn and share industry best practices and innovation with regards to Data Governance and Management.Support the development of Data Literacy Programs targeted for the Finance Community.
