Principal responsibilities
Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services to support the effectiveness of the managerAd hoc projects and tasksProvides a professional and confident representation of the BankArranges senior leadership visitsHandles phone calls and correspondence and deals with all queries arising Handles all matters with the appropriate confidentiality and sensitivityWorks closely with key business stakeholders in all Service Delivery globallyOrganising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodationSupporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholdersSupport leadership team with all admin related activities and visitor management, off-site RR. Actively participate in and support in ad hoc projects, planning, management information (MI), accountability and governance.Support Business Management, FRP and cost management on occasional basisRecord administration – maintaining records, information resources and data sources.Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management.Data processing - data entry, data analysis.Co-ordination - coordinating activities, arranging resources, meetings, services, and supplies.Drive Employee engagement within FA Ops through various activities i.e DI, CSR, BPTW, Well-being etcSome careers have more impact than others.
