You are to manage about 15 team members with responsibilities of various functions above, including outsourcing members and contract members. The manager is responsible for handling various functions within site operations and collaborating with other locations such as Yonezawa and Gunma for event management, contributing to the One Lenovo initiative. Additionally, the manager is expected to deal with unexpected tasks and challenges beyond the outlined responsibilities. English is used for communication and support during international visits or events. The manager also provides overall operational support to ensure smooth business and development operations at the Yokohama Office.
Requirements Must Have – essentialExperience in leading a moderately large team (10-15 people), including outsourced staff.Experience in site operations, business support, or other relevant area.Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
