The Manager, FP&A will be an integral part of the Financial Planning team and will support the company in developing the annual budget, forecasting and profitability analysis. The role is also responsible for the management of the financial terms for all customer agreements.\r\n

Key Responsibilities Include:\r\n

 \r\nCoordinate preparation and presentation of key components of the annual financial budget, forecasts, profitability analysis and other value add analysis\r\nConduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis and financial modelling.\r\nProvide recommendations to improve financial performance and achieve financial goals\r\nAssist with continue improvement of operational, system and financial processes and governance\r\nPrepare and present regular financial reports and performance metrics to senior management and or other stakeholders\r\nLead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback.\r\nPartner with departments to prepare profitability analysis and customer pricing reviews as required and support the development and interpretation of key metrics and KPIs\r\nOther duties and projects as required of the position\r\n\r\n
