YOUR ROLE Collect and collate data, conduct plausibility checks and aggregate KPIs and climate data according to regulations/standards and internal Henkel policies & standards Define and document standardized calculation methodologies and data requirements for climate metrics and create awareness on data accuracy,- completeness, and quality Prepare relevant KPIs and meaningful insights to agreed reporting schedules and for ad-hoc requests Support in conducting statistical analyses on data assets for climate reporting, including scenario analyses, simulation & forecasting, and performance evaluations Prepare, conduct and support assurance activities with internal- and external auditors for Scope 3 accounting (in light of limited- and CSRD compliant reporting) Provide subject matter expertise for the development of automation- and visualization tools and test their functionality with respect to the requirements Support transversal projects and duties in the field of data analytics and Life Cycle Assessment as required by management YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience Expertise in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting, including GHG relevant accounting- and reporting standards (GHG protocol, Scope 3) as well as assurance activities Experience in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) related data modelling and forecasting are of advantage, just as further knowledge of LCA standards (ISO 14067) or programming skills (e.g. Python) are an advantage Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward Business Proficiency in English, German is a plusAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
