The SuccessFactors Module Owner is responsible for the strategic development, management, and operational support of specific modules within the global SuccessFactors system. In collaboration with global/local HR departments, global projects and strategic initiatives related to the modules are jointly planned, executed and measured. The role ensures that the modules meet global and local business requirements, operate efficiently, and align with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop a global strategy for the continuous development and optimization of the assigned SuccessFactors modules
+ Define and ensure the adherence to global standards, guidelines, and best practices for the module (Succession Management & Learning Management)
+ Lead and execute global projects related to the modules (e.g., rollouts, new functionalities, upgrades, process changes) in collaboration with Group Subject Matter Experts and local teams across the regions
+ Drive and support change management initiatives related to system and process changes
+ Manage system configuration and module settings to meet business/process requirements
+ Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Group HR, IT, regional HR, key users) and external partners (consultants, software providers)
+ Support regional HR leads in the implementation of global/local system and process adjustments and ensure compliance with global standards
+ Foster global collaboration and the exchange of best practices among regional HR teams
+ Provide a communication path for top down as well as bottom up feedback regarding systems and processes steer the decision making for resulting changes
+ Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation for the modules
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Minimum three years of experience in managing, supporting, and developing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Succession Management & Learning Management)
+ Experience in global rollout projects, change management, and process optimization
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse interests
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, a structured approach
+ Team player with the ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration
+ Fluency in English, additional group languages are beneficial
