The Retail Business Systems team serves as the interface between global retail markets and IT, implementing our Cash Desk, Omnichannel Services, and Test Automation requirements.

\nWe are looking for a Manager Retail Business Systems (m/f/d) to strengthen the team as soon as possible.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tManage projects, timelines, project teams, priorities, and project goals.\n\tOversee and execute cash desk rollouts, including mobile POS.\n\tSupport ongoing and further developments of our cash desk, integrating Omni Channel Services with a focus on our cash desk.\n\tCollaborate closely with our global markets and teams to identify their cash desk needs.\n\tEnsure country-specific fiscal and legal requirements are requested and implemented into our cash desk (hardware and software).\n\tExecute and coordinate integrative tests of different local cash desk versions and country setups, linked to our Omni Channel tools.\n\tSupport ongoing innovations in the cash desk environment and their further development.\n\tWork on strategic processes and their optimization.\n\tCommunicate and coordinate globally with different stakeholders.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tSuccessfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.\n\tExperience in the field of cash desk, including creation of business requirements, testing, and rollout in a fashion retail environment.\n\tUnderstanding of retail systems and business processes.\n\tRelevant professional experience, preferably in trade and project management.\n\tHigh affinity for information and system technology, with strong analytical thinking.\n\tGood IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira) and an independent working style.\n\tTeamwork ability, commitment, and strong communication skills.\n\tWillingness to travel.\n\tGood English skills, both written and spoken.\n\t \n\t#LI-SP1\n
