The jobholder is responsible for working with all Line of Services in the firm to build up policies and schemes relating to performance and reward (P&R) and get them implemented successfully. To propose good P&R initiatives based on data analysis, staff surveys, feedback and relevant sources in order to improve the firm's pay and benefit position in the market. To lead HR transformations through system, process improvement and data centralization. To ensure the compliance of P&R and HR Information System (HR IS) policies of global and MYVN.Requirements:
Qualification & Experience/ Knowledge & Skills/ Language:
Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related business fieldsAt least 6 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in Performance and Reward. Experience in the finance industry would be an advantageData analytic, reward and performance evaluation experience and skillsExperience in working with stakeholder management to propose and deliver P&R initiatives in response to business needsKnowledge of related regulations and Labour codeGood organisational, planning and problem-solving and communication skillsProactive with ability to be innovative and drive things forwardFluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written)Good IT skillsResponsibilities:
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop performance and reward policies and schemes in accordance with the global and regional (MYVN) approaches and local business direction at each stage. Evaluate P&R programs and recommend appropriate modifications in order to achieve business goals and to reflect business changes and market conditions.Develop a performance management framework which is aligned with global and MYVN and coordinate with HR BPs for the implementation in order to promote high performance culture in the firm.Be responsible for the firm’s pay and benefit positioning in the market:Participate in remuneration surveys, analyse survey results, get the market insights and propose remuneration plans to the Country Management Team.Lead annual/ mid-year/ ad-hoc pay review and bonus exercise including pay review/bonus framework, guidance and templates.Effectively propose and manage the annual HC and firmwide staff cost budget.Join reward forums as a PwC representative to get updates on market developmentsSupervise and handle the implementation and administration of job evaluationCoordinate with HR Business Partners to provide consultancy services to internal clients regarding P&RUtilise performance and reward data, analysis and platforms to provide meaningful insights to the management teamLead HR IS team to manage all aspects of PwC’s Human Capital technology, process improvement/transformation, metrics and MI reporting and risk & control in HCDirect responsibility for the day to day coaching and development of the P&R and HR IS teams.Engage with other HC teams in support of overall HR activitiesPerform other tasks assigned by the line manager/matrix manager.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
