You’ll make a difference by:

·       Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to team

·       Manage key stakeholders from the business including HRBP’s, line of business HR managers and key representatives

·       Lead the design and implementation efforts in optimizing and automate HR processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness

·       Lead, motivate and manage a team. Responsible for recruitment, training and development, talent management, staff performance reviews

·       Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making

·       Query Management: Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters

·       Re-engineering the existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, appropriate controls and reduce dependencies

·       Review HR processes in line with the audit requirements and suggest improvements.

·       Build and help build SOPs for various HR processes

·       Payroll Support: Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing

·       Supervising HR operations deliverables such as, ticket resolution, vendor contracts, onboarding, offboarding etc

·       Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations

·       Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantage

·       Knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions

·       Liaising with external partners, including insurance vendors

·       Experience using spreadsheets

·       Organizational skills

·       Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools is an added advantage

·       Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

·       Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

·       Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

 

Your success is grounded in:

·       Minimum 12-14 years of Experience

·       Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office

·       Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices

·       Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of global markets

·       Organized, able to manage multiple priorities and achieve target deadlines

·       Reliable and resilient, experience of dealing with challenging situations

·       Able to work constructively in a matrix organization

·       Organizational skills

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field
