Center for Hope provides a path to recovery for survivors of domestic violence, many of whom live with challenges like depression or mental illness, available to help victims around the clock.

 

Position Summary:

The Violence Response Team Program Manager at Sinai Hospital manages the operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing of the Violence Response Team (VRT). The Program Manager oversees all streams of referrals for the VRT, including DV and IPV, Elder Abuse, Trafficking, and Community Violence. This position oversees all VRT staff in crisis response and case management services. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices and trauma-informed care in all areas of this program, including: conducting needs assessments, linking clients to indicated services or programs and providing a warm hand-off, helping clients to complete service and program applications, conducting community outreach, and liaising between hospital staff and clients. This position also serves as the main point of contact for the hospital on all Violence Response needs. The Program Manager is also responsible for additional duties as assigned by the Director.

 

Job Requirements: 

Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Business, Victim Services, Criminal Justice. Experience of 3-5 years required.  Clinical experience preferred (social worker preferred)
