In your role as Manager, Strategy & Operations within the Hotel Level Marketing Services team, you will own a product/ channel to drive customer acquisition and commercial performance. You will develop and socialize a product/channel vision and strategy that contribute to hotel growth. Your critical contribution includes developing strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging data to drive marketing performance strategies, and ensuring the success of the hotels engaged in our Hotel Level Marketing program. You will report to the Director of Hotel Level Marketing.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nDriving Program Marketing Performance: Grasp hotels’ business needs and develop effective marketing solutions for marketing program(s)/ channel(s).\n\nProduct Management: Develop a product/ channel vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business goals. Identify and prioritize new features and capabilities to profitably serve hotel needs.\nDrive Results: Understand key market and hotel-level trends to help optimize marketing performance output for your owned product/channel.\nProject Management: Serve as the central liaison with partners to communicate product/channel/campaign overviews status, risk, opportunities, and timelines.\n\n\nDriving Program Operations: Ensure a seamless execution of the Program to achieve customer growth\n\nReporting & Analytics: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the program/channel effectiveness.\nProgram/ channel Optimization: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to improve efficiencies and reduce program cost.\nCompliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure Program/ channel complies with relevant regulations and performs quality checks to deliver a best-in-class experience.\n\n\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nBe the primary contact for your program/channel for account managers working directly with hotels.\nPartner with the Americas Marketing & Loyalty Teams and Agency Partners to deliver a cohesive experience for hotels engaged in your program/ channel.\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nOwn the strategy and operations of a program/ channel such as property-level email marketing or other.\nServe as a contributor to the development of the Hotel Level Marketing program at Hilton.\nAdvocate for the marketing needs of your program/channel to inform how the Hotel Level Marketing program evolves.\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of experience, including using analytics to make strategic decisions.\nThree (3) years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.\nExperience communicating and influencing at different levels across a matrixed organization, including senior management.\nHybrid schedule from Addison, TX or McLean, VA office (3 days per week).\nTravel up to 30%.\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nExperience managing large-scale email marketing programs.\nExperience with Airtable.\nExperience in Account Services in an advertising or creative agency (i.e. Account Management or Account Strategist).\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
