Manager - HR Analytics & Reporting
Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading the HR data analysis and reporting initiatives. Key focus areas are developing and implementing robust analytics frameworks, managing HR&A data models and databases that support data-driven decision-making within HR&A function. This role will involve collaborating with cross-function teams to enhance HR&A reporting capabilities and drive insights that support organizational goals.

Primary Responsibility Design and implement analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights into HR metrics, trends, and workforce planning. Create and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports, and effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by data quality control processes and validating data sources. Collaborate with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, identify analytics solutions that address challenges. Provide guideline to HR team members on data interpretation and reporting tools, fostering a culture of data literacy within HR&A function. Stay updated on the latest HR analytics technologies and tools, evaluating their application to improve reporting capabilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data. Proficiency in database management, data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Clickhouse), and statistical analysis software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in managing sensitive HR data with a strong commitment to data privacy and security.
