Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to oversee the hiring process for our Risk Consulting division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the risk consulting landscape, exceptional recruitment skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
evelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the risk consulting field.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that reflect the requirements of the roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and risk consulting.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of risk consulting roles and the skills required for success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience
12+Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in risk consulting or related industries.
