The Manager role is responsible to develop and implement Change Project Management activities for Galaxy Entertainment Group. Work on cross-functional projects, taking on either the lead or the supporting role, requires equal strength in both Change Management and Project Management, and has the responsibility to assess, plan, design and implement change recommendations in line with the overall objectives of the initiative.
Primary Responsibility Lead and drive the application of change and project management processes and tools Create a strategic plan to implement and support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications to build pre and post go-live trusts and awareness Provide input, document requirements and supports the design and delivery of training programs Monitor and evaluate end-to-end project progress and performance, provide regular updates to management, and implement necessary adjustments to project on track Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support project success Support drives post-project reinforcement activities Requirements University graduate at least 8-10 years proven, hands-on experience in HR change management and project management Knowledge in Human Resources functions, operations, processes, exposure in data analytics is an advantage PROSCI or other Change Management certification, PMI or other Project Management certification Good facilitation and communication skills in English (Cantonese and Mandarin are optional) Strong analytical skills, with ability to put structure and logic in place Well developed self-directed organization skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and workload Comfortable in a team environment with the ability to collaborate with individual form differing cultural settings and functional accountabilities Ability and desire to share best practices and key learnings High proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; process mapping skills are a significant advantage Position SummaryThe Manager role is responsible to develop and implement Change Project Management activities for Galaxy Entertainment Group.
