ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager - Human Capital Operations is responsible for maintaining consistency in the implementation of company policies and procedures relevant to the Human Capital department in the assigned district.

ROLE PROFILE

Provide assistance to district for all matters relating to Human Capital processes to ensure strict complianceEnsure that the Head Office recruitment team provides district staff with the recruitment services as agreed to ensure timely mobilization of employeesSupport sourcing activities for required staff internally and externally in coordination with Talent Acquisition team through recruitment databases or campaignsParticipate as a member of recruitment panel as a district representative of Human Capital to evaluate candidatesCoordinate with training team and the concerned departments and external entities the necessary trainings for employees and prepare related reportsManage and handle all Human Capital activities related to employees and ensure correct documentationReview daily and weekly personnel reports developed by department headsProvide a variety of Human Capital reports upon request by the Head Office

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field5+ years of working experience in Human Resources and 1+ year experience in retailTime Management and Supervisory skillsProblem solving and Communication skillsFull profeciency in English
