As a Manager Human Resources in Balzers, you will work closely with business areas and other functions to promote employee engagement and business partnering. Furthermore, you will actively participate in national and international HR projects. The incumbent will report directly to the Director, Global Human Resources MPO & EMEA and be an integral member of the local Management team. + You are a strategic and operational partner for local leaders by consulting, coaching and supporting them to effectively manage and develop their people, including best use of tools, processes and interventions + You understand the business needs and provide advice and guidance to different levels of leaders about the employee HR life cycle + You are taking over an active role in HR projects (e.g. design and implementati- on of comprehensive structures and processes) and by providing change management support for business related initiatives + As as a member of an international HR Team you work closely with HR colleagues to introduce and build up common Materion HR standards and ensure the alignment to the global HR strategy for Liechtenstein We are expecting the following qualification + 10 + years’ experience of operating at a senior HR level as HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in a technical /manufacturing environment + Appropriate experience in a multinational company with a matrix organiza- tion and high change / transformation power + A HR related academic degree (e.g. Economics, Psychology, Law Sciences) + Sound understanding and expertise of HR processes and tools as well as HR process development and execution (e.g. Hiring, Onboarding, Individual / Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management) + Emotional intelligence, empathy and intellectual agility + Through your very good communication skills you create transparency and trust within the team and towards the international organization + You have demonstrated coaching and consulting skills as well as project management abilities + Very good German and English language skills, verbally and in writing Materion Corporation and its subsidiaries (the “Company”) is an equal employment opportunity employer.
