Job Description

Job Title : Low Code No Code Developer – CL8
Position Summary:
The role is for an experienced and tech-savvy individual who will develop and manage automation applications and tools using Low Code No Code technology (primary) and at certain instances use High Code/Pro Code technology, as applicable. The developer is responsible for technical assessment, design, programming, simulation, testing, deployment, and iteration of various solutions for the process.
Reporting Structure
Shall report directly to the Associate Director of Innovation
Core Responsibilities
• Capitalize on the use of Low Code No Code (Microsoft Power Platform – main reference, other platforms for consideration soon) as a
primary means of automation. High Code/Pro Code as secondary reference
• Create and implement test automation strategies for projects executed in through Agile (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, others) and Application Lifecycle Management models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, automate business processes and workflows, and create data visualization and reporting solutions
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate and facilitate test automation planning, design, and execution sessions.
• Identify areas for improved testing efficiencies and automation implementation
• Collaborate closely with application developers, business teams, and testing teams to identify automation requirements early in the development process.
• Design and implement automation frameworks/strategies for web, mobile, windows, among others, as applicable
• Extend test coverage by creating appropriate tools, utilities, and automation scripts that assist in functional testing and test data creation.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and applicable Low Code No Code and High Code technology
Qualifications and Skillset
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and other Power Platforms
• Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, C Sharp, SQL, Visual Basic, C++, and other object-oriented languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development and other related software standard requirements/methodologies.
