Your role at Baxter
Leads a Maintenance Organization supporting the Baxter's Anesthesia Manufacturing Site, and assures maximum operational potential is attained for the entire plant operation. Provides leadership, technical mentorship, and direct support for the Reliability, Planning & Scheduling and Spare Parts Warehouse groups.

What you'll be doing
- Leads the Site Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, Reliability and Mechanical Integrity Programs in accordance to stipulated production schedules or supported areas targets.
- Lead all aspects of the execution of the planning and scheduling activities and ensure proper communication with stakeholders
- Handles the Spare Parts program including the warehouse. Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of MRO supplies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA’s / EPA’s Mechanical Integrity Program and with the jurisdictional pressure vessels regulation.
- Provides technical guidance during the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment such as: pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, pumps, piping systems, columns, scrubbers, and others.
- Participate in maintenance and capital budget preparation and cost expenditure forecasts.
What you'll bring
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science Related Field, Master Degree preferred - Eight(8) to ten(10) years experience - Prior Supervision Experience
Fully Bilingual - written and spoken English & Spanish
Comprehensive Knowledge of cGMP, FDA & EHS regulations
Knowledgeable Chemical Processes & equipment (Chemical Plants)
Project Management knowledge/skills
Strong Knowledge on Process & Equipment Validations. Technical Writing and Reporting Skills
Strong OSHA knowledge including PSM and Mechanical Integrity
Strong Knowledge on PDM Technologies and TPM
