The Position

The Manager I role is a management role reporting to the Manager II of KRA.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker. Candidate must be detail oriented, work at a good pace, be able to work independently and willing to work long hours (as necessary).  Utilizes previous work experience to be responsible for planning, implementing and executing tasks required of our clients and managing other associates to complete such tasks. 

The Manager I is expected to develop and lead their team by managing the associates they supervise and working collaboratively with colleagues and clients and must be able to successfully coordinate and manage concurrent projects while seamlessly pivoting and adjusting as client needs demand. 

The Manager I will perform functions, including the following:

Work closely with the Manager II and onshore Senior Consultants and Directors to provide direction and vision, goals, and objectives to all Managing Consultants and Consultants Provide personnel and project management for team members, with a mix of junior, mid-level and senior team skill sets Manage Managing Consultants and Consultants to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects Have a clear understanding of the tasks or projects, plan and supervise logistics for tasks or projects, and communicate clearly and professionally with Managing Consultants and Consultants  Work with Manager II and onshore Senior Consultants and Directors to facilitate a plan to supervise and implement the logistics for tasks or projects, including quality control, and ensure clear and professional communication with internal and external clients, as necessary  Ensure client and project requirements are being met with the highest quality and accuracy through verifying and communicating routinely with the Manager II and other internal partners Consistently provide proactive communication to the Manager II and fellow team members, including project and personnel issues Maintain appropriate departmental staffing, resource levels and core skills to perform essential services which satisfy project requirements and deliverables Serve as escalation point, including for issues, problems and complex technical decision

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree  6-8 years of operations experience, including planning and managing large and small projects Advance knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and Power Point Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in customer and client service Demonstrated ability to complete multiple, deadline-sensitive tasks concurrently Must have strong experience in the areas of staff development and direction, training, quality assurance, active/effective listening and document preparation.
