About This Opportunity As a Manager of Terminal Solutions, you will be responsible for leading InComm’s terminal implementation team, who are responsible for onboarding new merchants, launching prepaid production, and supporting existing InComm Terminal Merchants. You will oversee the team’s SNOW ticketing activity, track migration and onboarding efforts, review and update all process documents while offering leadership and training to the terminal support team. Responsibilities Coordinate groups of related projects rather than manage individual projects themselves Provide concise status reports for all implementation initiatives Promote idea generation and collaboration with cross functional teams Distribute, assign, and delegate projects, tasks, and requirements. Pull team metrics and track team accomplishments, goals, and strategic initiatives. Produce and communicate weekly progress reports to management. Manage individual working styles to optimize experiences and relationships with project staff. Meet with peers from other departments to drive process improvement, documentation, issue resolution and prevention. Utilize team-building skills and techniques, foster, and promote a supportive team environment to facilitate an effective collaborative development process. Analyzing financial information from all expenditures (terminal repairs, terminal part purchases, terminal disposal) to ensure all operations are within budget. Qualifications Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence people and drive decisions. 5+ years of Project Management experience overseeing technical projects, with record of successful project execution Excellent Account Management and Client Relationship skills. Demonstrated ability to interface successfully as the point of contact for external and internal customers. Maintain elevated level of client satisfaction and confidence. Ability to cope effectively in fast-paced, stressful situations. Ability to grasp intricacies of complex implementations identifying key tasks and deliverables. Recognition of when issues need to be escalated to management. Ability to think and act independently while making appropriate decisions ensuring best approach for each project in queue. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in presenting to C level executives.
