Manager I, TSM Ball Bonder & Capillaries
Identify and promote internal and external market Opportunities that are available throughout the K&S/Customer engagement process. Implement, manage, and report on Qualification/Benchmarking Support to Customers for own Territory Evaluation/Account Plans. Implement and manage Management/Support to Marketing Product Plans. Analyse market requirements, and trends utilizing data from and installed machine databases, and utilization factors. Make recommendations to marketing if required for new features to support new package types. Negotiate with customers various options, solutions to customer requirements. Review, Identify and understand customer issues, technical specification, and enhancement requirements, make recommendations and request amendments as required.  Collaborate with other departments as required, Distribution, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales & Marketing. Analyse, recommend product support offerings to customer.  Respond to sales, customer technical inquiries using tools supplied by BB Marketing such as competitive information, UPH model, Videotapes etc.  Identify and promote internal and external market Opportunities that are available throughout the K&S/Customer engagement process. Experience in a market driven engineering company. Collaborated with sales, marketing, and engineering program management team. Must have worked directly with customers. Effectively interact with subordinates, customer and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
