Job Description

Spearhead end-to-end service design initiatives, from research and ideation to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to gain deep insights into customer behaviors, needs, and pain points, informing design decisions and strategy.

Create comprehensive visual representations of client journeys and service processes to identify improvement opportunities and guide cross-functional teams in enhancing service delivery.

Organize and lead collaborative sessions with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas, solve complex problems, and foster a culture of user-centered design across the organization.

Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of service design initiatives, continuously iterating and improving based on data-driven insights.

Specialized Knowledge

Expert level UX/UI hands-on experience.

Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, visual design.

Good foundation in user research, user-testing methodologies and client validation techniques.

Proficiency with tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools.

Good knowledge of human-centered design methodologies (re: design thinking)

A keen eye for design and on top of current UI design, layout frameworks, illustration, and visualization techniques and trends.

Understanding of design systems, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android, Web and newage smart devices.

Comfortable working in agile / scrum work environments.

Flexible and comfortable in tackling ambiguous design and business challenges.

Understanding of insurance and financial services will be an added advantage

Qualifications

Diploma graduate or above in graphic design or related disciplines such as Industrial Design, Visual design, human-computer interaction (HCI).

8 years of relevant professional experience driving creative strategy and execution for digital products.

A portfolio demonstrating areas of strength and focus.

Good command in English and interpersonal skills. Prefer candidate with Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking skills
