The Credentialing Manager is responsible for a team of up to 12-15 credentialing specialists, extensive interaction with client organization, and multiple stakeholders. The Credentialing Manager is accountable for delivering a high-quality credentialing operation, exceeding all service level agreements and KPIs, driving operational excellence, and building competencies for delivery.
