Proven experience (7+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in the healthcare or patient care domain. o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). • Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong ability to understand the customer requirement and convert it into technical requirements. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. o Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is a plus. • Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
