Manager - ICS Solutions
**Job Summary** The Manager – ICS Solutions, will act as a subject matter expert for SHI International Corp supporting configuration and warehouse projects through our Integration facilities. This role requires the resource to provide oversight and guidance to the team of ICS Solution Specialists. This individual will work closely with the SHI sales teams, configuration and warehouse teams, as well as the various other SHI departments to assist in a presales role for all opportunities where the SHI warehouse locations are in scope. **About Us** Since 1989, SHI International Corp. has helped organizations change the world through technology. Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** _Include but not limited to:_ The primary responsibility of the Manager – ICS Solutions is to handle work assignment, problem solving, escalations and support, as well as assist the customer and the Sales team in the on-boarding of new business into the SHI Integration Centers. + Act as a point of escalation for inquires made to the ICS Solution team + Act as a presales expert on the SHI Integration Center services capabilities offered to our customers + Act as a Point of Contact for all sales opportunities brought forward by the SHI sales force related to warehouse and integration support + Provide pricing and presales support to SHI sales + Evaluation of staff for competency and success + Manage and track attendance and coverage + Provide support, motivation and guidance to the members of the team + Offer insight into team development, processes and procedures + Act as a Point of Contact for new opportunities + Assist SHI sales in the adoption, usage and proper operational processes for setting up an integration engagement + Examine the On-boarding form to ensure the proper requirements have been scoped and included on the On-boarding form. + Provide tours of the SHI Integration facilities + Assist in scoping and pricing for SHI Integration projects **Qualifications** + 3+ years working with IT integration Services + Proficiency in MS Office tools - Outlook, Word, Excel + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent + Minimum 3+ years’ experience selling IT Services and Support + Working knowledge of SHI’s Integration Center offerings & processes **Required Skills** + Strong organizational, verbal & written skills + Ability to effectively communicate with direct reports, peers, management and customers + Comfortable speaking in front of large groups + Comfortable working in both individual and team environments + Ability to multitask & prioritize to effectively balance short term and long term priorities + Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met + Ability to anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions + Ability to learn quickly & absorb knowledge on a daily basis **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** + Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met + Working knowledge of SHI’s Integration Center offerings & processes + Ability to anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solutions + Background in Commodity Hardware and Mobile Devices + Ability to learn quickly & absorb knowledge daily **Unique Requirements** + Position requires occasional travel (<10%) **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
