Manager of Caps Maintenance team responsible for mass production machines’ performance sustaining, continue improvement, automations implementation.
Lead and organize maintenance team to work on improvement projects of OEE, MTTR, MTBF, TPM, cost reduction, continue improvement.
Manage maintenance team to sustain mass production machines performance, daily trouble shooting.
Responsible for new equipment installations, machine buyoff, spare parts qualification and supplier audit with SQE.
Support failure analysis, customer complaints, leading machine improvement projects to continue meeting customer requirements.
Support NPI projects and lead key machine issues improvement.
Plan and monitor maintenance team career development program, focus on the talent retaining and development
Bachelor's degree or above majoring in mechanical or automation engineering.10 years related experience, and at least 4 years in manager position.Good knowledge in project management with proven analytical skills in data analysis, data-driven conclusion.Good communication skills with internal and external team, strong accountability, integrity, strong leadership, coordination, teamwork, strong ability to take great pressure, Willing to lead the change.Good oral and written English, good presentation skills and project management skills.
