Position Summary:
The Demand Planning Manager position plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnord’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Couplings division. The position is responsible for overseeing forecasting practices, methods of forecasting demand, ensuring the proper signals are passed to supply and operations teams, and monitoring forecast accuracy to drive forecasting improvements. The individual for this role should be highly analytical with strong communication skills and collaborative leadership approach to coordinate across the organization. The position also holds responsibilities for governing the forecasting tools, overseeing improvements of SIOP analytics, and driving identified improvements across the business segment.

BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Analytics or equivalent combination of experience and education. MBA and or PMP certification are both a plusMinimum 8 years of supply chain experience with key focus on forecasting concepts and techniquesStrong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical conceptsAbility to lead through influence and communicate across diverse group of stakeholdersExperience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools and forecasting systemsFamiliar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, proceduresDemonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutionsExperience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI)Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement.Leadership Competencies:
