Position Summary:
The SIOP Manager will oversee improvement and lead standardization of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes for Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) segment ($2.7B). The role will oversee implementation and continuous improvement of IPS division level SIOP by integrating product management, demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, and financial planning into a common plan for monthly executive leadership review. This role will be responsible for supporting definition of the people, process and tools required for the SIOP process.Key Responsibilities
Oversight of SIOP implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedules and resources are aligned to deliver project goalsLead SIOP implementation team made up of cross-functional process leaders from product management, sales, commercial operations, supply planning, plant operations, finance and IT to establish SIOP processes and guidelinesCollaboratively partners with IT to evaluate existing planning tools, develops plans to leverage functionality, and is involved in future planning tool roadmap and vendor selectionMonitor KPIs and PPIs to ensure the business and the process are delivering stated objectivesWork with management steering team to identify, escalate, and resolve project barriers, risks or issuesDemonstrate change management principles to ensure adoption of SIOPOutlines communications plan and develop education processes before and after implementation to ensure broad organizational support and alignment towards SIOPDevelop and maintain SIOP policy and procedure documentation playbookSupports self-assessment of the process annually and schedule/coordinate outside assessments as neededProfessional Experience/Qualifications
BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering. MBA and or PMP certification are both a plusMinimum 8 years of supply chain experience with key focus on forecasting concepts and techniquesStrong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical conceptsAbility to lead through influence and communicate across diverse group of stakeholdersExperience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity management and SIOP solutionsFamiliar with a variety of the manufacturing concepts, practices, proceduresDemonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutionsExperience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI)Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvementLeadership Competencies:
