Position Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated Treasury Manager that will serve as a key member of the Global Treasury Team. The key role of the Manager will be to lead cash operations and reporting utilized by our Treasury, shared service and accounting teams.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Manager will drive production of accurate and timely cash processing, reporting and analyses for senior leadership. This is a hands-on role that requires interaction with various Regal Rexnord departments and global finance teams, including Accounting, Tax, Collections and Accounts Payable.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.7+ years of experience with a multi-national corporation, accounting firm or bank with management experience preferred.Must be able to analyze and resolve issues, multi-task, prioritize work assignments, and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.Experience with commercial online banking systems.Treasury Management System experience preferred.Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion and OneStream a plus.

Major Responsibilities

Manages Treasury cash functions, including daily cash positioning, electronic payment transfers and short-term investing and borrowing.Responsible for security administration within banking portals in accordance with our corporate policies regarding bank access and payment approvals.Primary Treasury contact for Shared Services activities including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Approves & reviews various monthly & quarterly Treasury reports.Utilizes & troubleshoots the Treasury Management System (GTreasury), to track, monitor, evaluate and report on Journal Entries, cash balances and liquidity.Conducts research into forecast variances.Executes and improves procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.Collaboration with Treasury on continued development of best-in-class processes and project work assignedCoaching of local Treasury analyst and development of Treasury talent.
