Kroll’s security, threat and vulnerability assessments are routinely conducted at corporate headquarters locations, executive residences, health care facilities, hospitals, schools, universities, research and development labs, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, data centers, critical infrastructure locations and facilities critical to business continuity and resiliency.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Kroll is seeking a Manager II in its Security Risk Management practice.  This role will focus on the development and management of projects, throughout the life of the engagement: meeting with client to discuss needs, preparation of commercial and technical proposal, agreement of engagement, development of working plan and budget, allocation of resources, direction of project team members, delivery and quality assurance and project invoicing.

Act as primary client contact throughout projects and contribute to management of the client relationship. Exercise good judgment, demonstrate innovation and adapt working strategy based on the results obtained. Take ownership of project and deliverables and manage workflow and costs effectively. Ensure ethical conduct, quality of services, use of best practices and compliance with policy and SOPs in each project. Provide expert, reliable and robust analysis of complex situations and data for clients. Identify project risks and effectively manage them. Contribute to the development of new opportunities and clients. Provide concise reporting of projects and results to business head. Contribute to the professional development and evaluation of project team members.

Essential Traits:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of relevant work experience; preferably in security-related functions Excellent research and analytical skills Strong team, project and client management experience. Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in a broad variety of investigative methods.
