Responsibilities
This position oversees the operations of large multi-site Clinical Engineering Department for the purpose of providing a quality, cost effective program that meets or exceeds the particular quality and financial expectations of large accounts and CommonSpirit Health’s National Clinical Engineering Program. This position is responsible for providing the customer with an aggressive clinical engineering program that lowers their annual maintenance cost, increases equipment life cycles, and above all, provides the highest level of customer service. This position provides assistance with technology assessments, capital equipment purchasing, equipment safety and life cycle management.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in a related field required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Experience: At least five years of experience as a CE Manager. Must have financial management skills. Must have working knowledge of all elements of National CE Program and/or industry standard clinical engineering management.

Language Ability: High: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to common inquiries or complaints from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Math Ability: Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to prepare, analyze and present budgets and other financial or technical data.Reasoning Ability: High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, mobile communications device, remote communications proficiency, email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Proficient knowledge of IT industry concepts including computer security and networks
