This will include areas such as nursing, athletic trainers, and medical assistants. **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. **Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. + RN degree preferred.
