At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world The Project Manager will be responsible for managing engineering projects within Business portfolio along with driving and handling the M&A integration process. This includes coordinating due diligence, structuring the transaction, supporting post-acquisition integration activities, and ensuring that all project timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met. The role requires working closely with senior executives, legal, finance, and other departments to ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The engineering project management shall include NPIs, PBLs, VA/VE, sustaining and manufacturing capacity build and process Improvement. **Required Competency** **EDUCATIONAL/CRITICAL EXPERIENCE** + Graduate degree in engineering + 10+ years of experience in project management in manufacturing & engineering functions + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Experience on managing complex projects and cost saving initiatives + Experience of working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds in matrix organization **KEY COMPETENCIES** + Problem solving ability + Planning and coordination skills + Post M&A Integration + Exceptional skills at organizing and prioritizing tasks + Global and business focused mindset + Manufacturing technologies and LEAN methodologies + Ability to form successful (matrix) working relationships quickly at all levels + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills **Responsibilities** **Project/Portfolio Management** + Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountabilities to team members on a regular basis.
