CentraCare Monticello is seeking a passionate and dynamic leader to lead our busy, complex, full-service Imaging Department. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving strategic performance within the department.

The Manager of Imaging Services will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the Imaging Department, overseeing assigned service areas, and managing associated cost centers. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, directors, officers, physicians, patients, and the community, as well as board members when appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing the operational functions of the Imaging Department. Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Supervising and mentoring Imaging department staff to ensure excellence in service delivery. Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and effective department operations.

This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of care that CentraCare Monticello is known for and requires a leader who is committed to excellence in patient care and departmental performance.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Primarily Day shift

Qualifications: 

Graduate of an accredited radiography program  Bachelors Degree in related health sciences preferred Credentialed by the ARRT
