As a Manager in Finance Transformation team – Financial Services, you will have an important role in delivering our advisory assignments for financial institutions such as banks, investment funds, non-banking financial institutions and insurance companies who face diverse challenges, strive to put new ideas into practice and seek expert advice. Your expertise will help drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions in the financial services sector.What you will be doing:
Conduct thorough assessments of current finance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance financial reporting, planning, and analysis functions within the financial services sector.Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements impacting the finance function in banks.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.What we need from you:
University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field. A professional certification (e.g., ACCA) is preferred.Minimum 6 years of financial audit experience OR finance transformation, financial reporting or accounting methodology, consulting, or a related role within the banking sector or Big4 firms.Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and regulatory requirements in the banking industry.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Uipath RPA, Workiva, Lucanet is considered an advantage (but it is not mandatory).A strong desire for continuous improvement and client facing responsibilities.Strong English language skills.What we offer:
