EY Serbia is looking for a Manager in Government and Public Sector area.
We work closely with various international agencies and funds, civil society and government institutions in order to make a difference and change by implementing tangible plans for the better future.
Your key responsibilities
Coordinating the overall GPS activities (controlling implementation, methodologies, contracts & addendums, templates for implementation, ensuring finale acceptance certificates, etc.) Work following strategic priorities settled in the Government and Public Sector („GPS“) in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro together with local Head of Consulting Division and wider EY GPS Community in the Europe Conduct research, analysis, and assessments of the projects including development of pipeline and program opportunities Active involvement in preparation of Expression of Interest and Tender Proposals, Project programs/reports/documents, etc. Assembling project teams - Recruitment and selection of Key and Non-Key Experts to support the projects including contracting of these Ensuring proper reporting in accordance with the EC or other donor’s reporting guidelines and ToR requirements and achievement of the project results Ensuring coordination between GPS units, contracting authority and project beneficiaries Representing EY in all contractual and other project matters Ensuring proper administrative control of the expenses Preparation of invoices with supporting documentation Timely delivery of reports Coordinating with consortium partners on behalf of the EY
To qualify for the role, you must:
Possess BSc/MSc degree in Economy, Law, Business, Organisational Science, Political Science or similar; Have more than 5 years of previous experience in supporting implementation of development aid projects in Government bodies / EU Delegation / IFIs (experience in implementation of EU-funded projects is considered an asset) Good knowledge of WB/EIB/IFIs / EBRD/ PRAG procedures Strong analytical skills with good understanding of key business drivers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Client-focus and result-orientation, creative problem-solving skills Fluent in English and professional skills in MS Office Team player, eager to learn, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial, pro-active and curious personality.
