As the Manager-in-Training - Beverage, your role will include:

The Manager in Training position will rotate through all bars and lounges with an aim to efficiently learn various operationsThis position will be responsible for operating the outlet efficiently, managing, scheduling, training beverage staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards. 

QualificationsRequires a current Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar disciplinesPrior experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage establishment, preferably in an upscale, luxury settingMust have clear and concise communicate skills in the English language (fluent in speak, read, write). Second language is a plusCandidate must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills.Requires the ability to work efficiently independently and within a team environmentMust be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all timesApplicants must be 21 years of age or above
