Responsible for procurement of IT (hardware, software, services) & Insurances.The role requires a deep understanding of the market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Your responsibilities will include
Strategic Sourcing:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Evaluate bids and proposals, and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and company standards..
Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the company.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Implement cost control measures and track the effectiveness of cost-saving initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor non-compliance.
Digitalization
- Leveraging technology and automation, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations
Minimum requirementsEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech
AGE
EXPERIENCE
7-9 yrs of Indirect Procurement experience
Preferred
MBA
Certification-
CPP/ CSCP/CPSM
Preferred
Automotives, MNC, ECOM or Projects Industry experience
Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.
Sound understanding of Contracting.
Strong knowledge of IT Products and services, including hardware, software and cloud solutions.
Good network and sound knowledge of the IT industry.
Knowledge of Software terms,cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Stakeholder Management
Ability to manage complex data analysis
