we are seeking a skilled and dynamic managerial IT professional to join our India Development Center (IDC). This individual manages the planning and coordination of enterprise-wide systems, CRM/PRM applications, or infrastructure and manage/develop resources. This position requires a person with strong experience in managing Salesforce CRM and PRM applications.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing Sales CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systems.Provide effective leadership to our Salesforce IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Efficiently manage both internal and vendor-based resources to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.Act as a mentor and guide for junior resources, focusing on their professional growth and skill enhancement on a day-to-day basis.Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring they meet organizational goals and standards.Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams including business teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.Prepares a variety of system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedulesImplements standards and documentation requirementsReviews current status of systems, applications and/or infrastructure and prepares recommendations for improvementsExecutes plans to analyze business problems that can be solved through automated systemsPlans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, applications or infrastructure that are cost effective and meet user requirementsSelects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionWorks with internal and/or external customers applying a strong understanding of current business trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree preferredMinimum 8-12 years of experience in IT or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experienceExperience managing professional staffAbility to manage budgetsAbility to identify and manage process improvementsDemonstrate interaction with subordinates, customers, and/or peer group managers; often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project teamDemonstrates technical and management skills
