Are you a strategic IT leader with a passion for financial discipline and portfolio management? We’re seeking a Manager to lead our Planning & Portfolio Health team, driving financial oversight and strategic planning for our IT project portfolio while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
You are responsible for:
+ Leading and coaching the Planning & Portfolio Health team to support IT financial strategy and portfolio health.
+ Driving annual capital budgeting, prioritization, and long-term planning activities.
+ Managing and reporting IT capital project financials and supporting month-end close activities.
+ Partnering with Finance & Business Operations and Accounting to ensure compliance with financial policies.
+ Developing and reporting key metrics to guide leadership in proactive decision-making.
+ Building and mentoring high-performing teams through effective leadership and performance management.

Minimum Requirements
Manager Information Technology - Planning & Portfolio Health
+ BS in Computer Science, Business or related degree or equivalent work experience.
+ AND eight to Ten (8-10) years progressively responsible related experience in area/s of assignment is required to obtain an advanced understanding of information and/or communication systems, operating systems, network communications, equipment and infrastructure.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills required.
+ Previous supervisory experience preferred.
+ Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills, high quality interpersonal and people management skills, and demonstrated experience in project management.
+ Extensive experience in the development, integration, and support of information and communication systems applications, distributed and mainframe environments, network architecture and sub-systems, distributed and mainframe server architectures cross platform interfaces.
+ Extensive experience in information systems methodologies, systems guidelines & architectures, and technologies.
Major Accountabilities
+ Perform month end close activities on behalf of the IT Organization providing Finance with needed variance explanations, forecasts, and analysis to support the overall company financial requirements.
+ Leads and develops individuals and teams by using people management processes and tools that involve staffing, training, supervising, coaching, and performance management.
+ Develop and provide meaningful analysis supporting the Vendor & Asset Management Office to allow for optimal spend patterns when contracting with third parties or acquiring software licenses.
+ Continue to refine, drive, and facilitate the Annual Budgeting Process for the IT capital project portfolio. This includes creating materials for sessions, facilitating cross BU ranking sessions and preparing the CIO for collaborative Officer to Officer discussions.
+ Developing CIO cost transparency analysis to help bring visibility to the total cost of ownership of IT products and services to allow the larger organization to make holistic decisions when it involves IT spend.
+ Ad-hoc analysis displayed through financial dashboards / metric trending to allow decision makers to see the impacts of different decisions / scenarios and allow them to act in a proactive manner to resolve / mitigate possible risks.
+ Continue to anchor the Financial Discipline culture though establishing an environment of trust & ONE IT.
+ Other duties as assigned that support the overall IT organization or the Office of the CIO.
