     Purpose of the job

      Responsible for increasing the Data Science & Analytics maturity level of the organization by implementing and executing the digital roadmap for i-Health, while proactively driving and delivering data and data analytics solutions against business needs and strategic vision. Act as a change agent implementing the data driven digital transformation of i-Health, taking responsibility for projects and programs’ deliverables.

 

       Focus on technical implementation of data and data analytics solutions, maximizing the value of the analytics products development and acting as key contributor, team player and technical partner.

 

       Promote proactive development of features and capabilities, working with agile working processes and systems. Support interpretation, analysis and storytelling of digital solutions offering guidance and insights on quantitative and qualitative content. Work in close co-operation with the BU leadership management team members to identify approaches, solutions and challenges for the data and analytics transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Broad technical experience in data engineering, DBs and ETL processesProven ability to work directly and communicate effectively with all levels and groups across the organization, explaining technical issues in a complete, accurate, and understandable mannerImplement the i-Health Digital Transformation Strategy delivery of digital programs, projects & proof of concepts according to the digital roadmapWork in agile teams to deliver data products that solve business needs and contribute value for the organization achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goalsContribute to identifying innovative technology solutions to meet strategic business needsTake ownership of implementation, review and test of functional and technical designs, executing and tracking the development of digital products


 You Bring

University degree / master’s degree / PhD in Data Analytics or related fieldPreferable business experience covering Marketing & Sales, R&D and Operations5-10 years of experience in innovation and digital product development2-5 years of experience on operational/tactical level of digital transformation & data analyticsExtensive experience in the digital, data analytics and visualization space, preferably in agile environmentsSolid experience with SQL DBs, preferably SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Analysis Services (OLAP), Store Procedures, Agent JobsFamiliar with AWS technologies and cloud solutionsAll-round, hands-on experience in data wrangling and data analysisFamiliarity with modern visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Programming and scripting skills, experience in design thinking and customer centric solutions, preferably in a consulting environmentExperience in proactively driving data- and data science PoCs, projects and programs
