Your Challenge: We are looking for a manager known for their interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to inspire and influence others. Passionate about technology and proud of a job well done, you will be involved in improving operational processes by finding simple and practical solutions, especially for the hardware installation of update projects. Among your responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of installation specialists.Supervise, organize, and lead the team's activities.Plan daily workforce needs.Act as a champion of health and safety at work and ensure compliance with associated regulations and standards.Act as a change leader and coach employees by encouraging positive attitudes.Foster an engaged work environment where training, communication, and teamwork play a crucial role.Participate in special projects and continuous improvement committees.Lead project execution using an agile approach.Define assignments and workload for the service team and set priorities.Prepare the service budget and review proposal content.Monitor costs, progress, and work quality, and find appropriate solutions to problems.Develop standards and procedures that will serve as future guidelines.Set objectives and evaluate performance.Allocate resources and funds necessary for proposed tasks and activities.Manage various subcontractors used in several projects within our organization, including support for negotiation and contract evaluation, resource assignment, and supervision of work and standards compliance on site.

Your Profile:

University degree and between 5 to 8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a group of employees.Bilingualism (French and English) required.The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Must be able to communicate project progress during management governance.Experience in subcontractor management (asset).
