As a Manager Consulting, you'll design, manage, and monitor initiatives across various areas. You'll independently coordinate project tasks, contribute to data analysis, strategize solutions, and track project progress.
We value work-life balance, offering flexible work models and a location at the Headquarters in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area.Tasks & responsibilities As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, managing and monitoring of smaller to mid-size scale initiatives across functional areas, businesses, regions & countries.You will coordinate project governance and work packages independently within a project to facilitate project tasks and deliverables.With your experience, you will contribute to as-is data analysis, the finding of possible strategic direction solutions and the creation of solution concepts.Having the successful outcome always in mind, you will track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives.Requirements Master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus)Several years experience with top-tier management consultancy and international work experience in Commercial, Medicine, R&D, Operations or Enabling Functions in healthcare industryTrack record of working on diverse national and international projectsEnthusiasm for (digital) strategies in our marketplaceProficiency in project management and MS OfficeExcellent critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detailGreat team player with excellent stakeholder management skillsC1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plusReady to contact us?
