Develop and implement inventory strategies, participate in the material strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** •Achieve quarterly inventory and revenue targets by driving cross functional action plans and projects. •Design and implement effective and inventory strategies to achieve business goals. •Drive data analytics to facilitate scenario planning for effective decision-making processes. •Design and implement effective governance process for Excess and Obsolete inventory reduction. •Drive continuous improvement in data mining, analytics and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Tableau. **Knowledge** + Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management, • Proven experience with Power BI • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of SAP and related ecosystems (SAP BW) is a plus **Qualifications** + Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) + with minimum of 5 years experience in inventory • Ability to drive cross functional initiatives and projects • Ability to influence people to achieve department objectives • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Adapt to changing priorities and can get things done while overcoming challenges during the process **Compensation** As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employeesin order toattract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
