Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Investment Banking Front Office Project Management
In this role, you will manage projects within the investment banking front office department. You will ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the investment banking front office.
• Implement and improve controls and metrics to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product lines to deliver detailed project requirements in line with regulatory, compliance, and control standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering requirements and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Work with stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement controls across the front-to-back transaction cycle.
• Partner with technology teams to define functional and technical designs that support business processing requirements.
• Ensure common standards and best practices are implemented within the region and globally.
• Track and communicate project status to the wider team and management.
• Collaborate with the project team on test plan development, design test strategy, and manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Develop an effective network of stakeholders to facilitate the quick integration of changes.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Strong understanding of investment banking front office processes and directives.
• Strong understanding of investment banking products and its life cycle.
• Experience in project management within the financial services sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to strict timelines.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and project management tools like JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in regulatory remediation work is strongly preferred.
• Experience in controls and reconciliation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of accounting and basic terminologies used in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of project management and change management principles.
• Proficiency in MS suite of products, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
