Job Description Lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that align with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to manage the end-to-end development lifecycle and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will drive innovation, ensure code quality, and mentor team members while keeping up with the latest iOS development trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of iOS developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high development standards.

Technical Strategy & Development:

Drive the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support) while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Develop, maintain, and enhance iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI. Knowledgeable on ReactNative is a plus.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.Optimize application performance, ensure offline functionality, and utilize threading and advanced tools for a seamless user experience.Ensure robust implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, and Backend, to define and deliver new features.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.Participate in architectural discussions, providing insights into scalability and efficiency improvements.

Innovation & Growth:

Stay informed about new iOS development trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the team remains competitive and future-ready.Research and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.Proactively identify areas of improvement within existing applications and processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Competencies

Preferably with experience using ReactNative or Hybrid, or experience in using Swift languageProficiency in using UiKit, familiarity with SwiftUi is a plusProficiency in implementing RESTful APIsProficiency in using code version control tools, such as GitFamiliarity with using Continuous Integration/Continuous Development toolsFamiliarity with DevOps Tools(Git, Jenkins, Jira, SonarQube etc)Familiarity with push notificationsUnderstanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differencesExperience in integrating to specific hardware in the mobile device such as GPS, Bluetooth, Accelerometer etc.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience in Mobile DevelopmentStrong Communication skillsExcellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
